A six-week practice in sustainable working rhythms.

For teams that have been moving fast for a long time and are starting to feel it. We help your people rebuild the focus, the recovery, and the meta-skill of noticing when their own attention is gone.

The pattern we hear

This is what people tell us in the first call.

“My team is moving fast but I can see them burning.”
“People say they're ‘fine’ in the engagement survey but the leaders look exhausted.”
“I came back from holiday more tired than when I left.”
“We had a great year, and three of our best people quit.”
“Everyone's productive. I'm not sure anyone's well.”

If any of those sound familiar, this is probably the right page.

What this is

A six-week, cohort-based practice that runs inside your team's Slack (Teams supported). Eight to twenty-five participants. One live workshop per week, light in-channel prompts daily, a reflection thread at the end of each week. Two of our coaches show up to the workshops and to the channel.

Not a course. Not a one-day off-site. Not an app. A practice your team does together, in your own work environment, over six weeks.

What happens — the six weeks

Each week opens with a Monday prompt, runs daily light in-channel content, holds one 45-minute live workshop, and closes with a Friday reflection. The weekly cadence is deliberately gentle — your team is already running fast; we are not adding to the load.

Week 1 — Noticing.

Most people stopped noticing what state they are in some time ago. We start by getting it back. The week's practices are short and embodied: thirty-second check-ins, the smallest possible signal of what's actually going on.

Week 2 — Energy.

What replenishes you, and what costs you. Not a Wellness™ programme — a working map of where your team's energy is leaking and what it would take to plug the obvious holes.

Week 3 — Attention.

The most contested resource. What gets it, what protects it, what an honest day's deep work actually looks like inside an organisation that runs on Slack.

Week 4 — Recovery.

The thing missing from most teams' calendars. We do not lecture; we help your team design recovery rhythms that survive contact with reality.

Week 5 — Pacing as a team.

Individual practice only goes so far. Week five looks at the pacing patterns inside your team — meeting load, decision rhythm, the unspoken expectations about response time — and which ones serve the work.

Week 6 — The sustain.

What changes when this Lab ends. Each participant leaves with a personal practice they can keep, and the team leaves with two or three shared agreements about how it works.

The workshops are run by Maischa, who has been doing this with teams for fifteen years.

Who chooses this

  • Founders of growth-stage scaleups who can see their team is burning and don't want to wait until people leave.
  • Heads of People / CHROs at digital-native operators where the engagement survey reads “fine” but the senior team looks ground down.
  • COOs and Chiefs of Staff in companies coming out of a long sprint — a launch, a round, a downsizing — and need a way to help the team metabolise the last twelve months.
  • Team leads of high-performing teams (engineering, product, commercial) who want to keep the performance and lose the cost.

This works best when the buyer is the person the team will see in the workshops. If your team will know you bought this for them, they will engage; if it arrives as an HR rollout, the signal is weaker.

Who this is not for

  • Teams in active crisis. Flow Lab is a practice; if your team is post-trauma or in the middle of a reorganisation, you need something else first.
  • Frontline operations layers (drivers, installers, customer-service floor) where the work surface is not a messaging channel. We sell into the knowledge-worker layer.
  • Companies looking for a wellness benefit they can put on the careers page. This is a practice, not a perk.

What it costs

€12k for a 30-person cohort. Includes the six weeks of workshops, in-channel content, reflection prompts, coach access in the channel, and a closing read-out with the executive sponsor.

Smaller cohorts (8–20 people): from €8k. Larger ones (up to 60 people, multiple parallel cohorts or extended programmes 3–5 months): from €30k.

What's included: everything above. What's not: travel for in-person workshops if you want them (most cohorts run fully in-channel). Optional Companion subscription after the Lab is priced separately.

Where it goes next

Most teams that run Flow Lab keep something running afterwards — usually a lightweight in-channel layer that holds the practice in place. That is the Companion subscription, priced per seat from month four onwards. We talk about it at the end of the Lab, not at the start. The Lab does not require it.
